About the Scholarship

The Education Scholarship was developed to help students prepare for exams and earn some of their tuition back in the process. The topic for this scholarship is Human Development. The multiple choice quizzes were written to align with commonly used college level text books. Quiz questions are based on straight forward core concepts that students learn in introductory classes.

Eligibility

All U.S. undergraduate education majors 

Award(s)

1st place -  $250 scholarship
If the 1st place winner is a Nova Southeastern University student he/she will receive their tuition back for the course (up to $1,000).

How it Works

Participants must register with CKSF to take the scholarship quizzes. There are three quizzes in the Challenge Round. Scores from each quiz are added together for each participant and the top 25% of scorers will be advanced to the Championship Round. The Championship Round quiz questions will be a combinations of all three topics. The highest scoring student from the Championship Round will receive a $250 scholarship.

Quiz Details

To participate, you must register with the Common Knowledge Scholarship Foundation at www.cksf.org. For all CKSF scholarship quizzes, 500 points are awarded for each correct answer and one point is deducted for each second taken to complete a question. Results are available immediately to each participant and the overall ranking is available within three hours under the "Results" tab at www.cksf.org.
